How to use your certificate

This certificate is your pass to a relaxing experience. It can be used for hotel stays, dining in our restaurant, pool and sauna access, massage sessions, and spa treatments.

To make the most of it, please keep in mind:

• Bring your certificate with you and show it at the front desk or to your server at the restaurant.
• Each certificate can be used only once per visit.
• It is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Services covered by the gift certificate are available only before its expiration date.
• Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the service costs more than the certificate’s value, you can pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance is not refunded.
• Certificates are not valid during Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
